The Tokyo Office of AFPPD

The Asian Forum of Parliamentarians on Population and Development (AFPPD) was established in 1982 concurrently with APDA as its supporting body. Since then, AFPPD has taken on the vital issues of population and development in close collaboration with parliamentarians throughout Asia. These activities have since been expanded to other parts of the world. In its dual capacity as the Secretariat of JPFP and the Tokyo Office of AFPPD, APDA supports the activities of parliamentarian groups in Japan and abroad that are working in the field of population and development.
